My fellow ANTM addicts, you have to check out fourfour.typepad.com. He has the best episode recaps--complete with sound bytes, cry counts, videos and Tyra bashing. He updates it the Monday following the episode, which is nice for those who have to Tivo. And while you're waiting on updates, check out last season's posts for a little nostalgia.

5I'll have to check this out since I'm a huge ANTM addict (ducks my head in shame...). TVGasm (http://www.tvgasm.com) also has some pretty kick ass recaps--soooooo funny. I've almost gotten in trouble for snickering out loud during class while I was reading some of them!
